Process

Design Development

All building projects require Building Regulation approval, we will work with you to develop and create a design that meets the requirements of Building Regulations.

Production of Plans

We will then produce full plans, consisting of detailed drawings and construction notes that can be used to demonstrate compliance with the building regulations. Contractors can also use these plans to provide quotations and to build the project.

Approval

Once approval has been obtained, the contractor can start the construction process.
