Production Stage

Full plans will then be produced, these plans will enable contractors to price and build the project. Also, the plans will be used to apply for the relevant consents such as building regulations and planning permission.

Approval Stage

Once all approvals have been obtained, construction can begin on creating that fabulous extra space.
